1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AmIFoundOn.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AmIFoundOn.ai is an AI visibility tracking tool that scans third-party AI platforms to check whether your business is mentioned in their responses. We provide scan results, visibility scores, and recommendations to help improve your AI presence.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Abuse the free scan feature (e.g., automated bulk scanning)
  • Resell access to the service without an Agency plan

6. Data Accuracy

AI scan results reflect what third-party AI platforms return at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses. Visibility scores and recommendations are provided as guidance, not guarantees.

7. White-Label Reports (Agency Plan)

Agency plan subscribers may share branded reports with their clients. You are responsible for ensuring your use of white-label reports complies with applicable laws and does not misrepresent the source of the underlying data.

8. Limitation of Liability

AmIFoundOn.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
